It’s snowing on the mountains!
Are you ready for it? You’ve likely bought your ski pass and waxed your skis and boards. Maybe you’ve tried on your gear to make sure it still fits and the excitement for opening day is building!
It’s always a good idea to be prepared in your own body for the start of the season as well. We can’t prevent all injuries from happening while skiing and snowboarding but there are a lot of things we can do to help make the season easier, and less likely chance of injury.
