Treatment fees are the responsibility of the patient and are paid directly by the patient, unless approved coverage is confirmed by ICBC, Medical Services Plan of BC, WorkSafeBC, RCMP, the Departments of National Defence and Veteran Affairs, or your personal extended health care providers. Additional usage fees may apply.
We directly bill to many extended health plans. However, we are unable to check what your individual coverage is.
Cancellation Policy: Your appointment time is reserved for you. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We understand circumstances are sometimes unavoidable, however, less than 24-hour cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full appointment fee.

Your initial assessment includes a detailed subjective history and physical exam in order to provide a working diagnosis and develop a treatment plan that works for you and your needs.
Depending on your therapist and your injury, your treatment may include some of the following: hands-on manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities (TENS, Ultrasound, IFC, NMES, IMS, Acupuncture, mechanical traction).
Depending on your condition and needs, you may be in the clinic for up to an hour.
The Premiere Visit is designed for those with more complex cases, 2 or more separate body parts requiring treatment, or for people who prefer more one-to-one direct time with their therapist.
Includes a detailed health history and subjective questioning followed by an objective assessment. Depending on your needs, the assessment may involve an internal or external exam or both.

Your initial session for Clinical Pilates consists of a detailed physiotherapy assessment before beginning any Clinical Pilates sessions.

This assessment visit is done over a video platform with you in the comfort of your own home or office. Details regarding accessing the video session will be sent to you once your appointment is booked.
For those without approval for their ICBC claim or who are choosing to pay privately – rates are equivalent to our standard physiotherapy rates (see above).
We require your ICBC claim number and date of the accident in order to confirm an approved claim.
For those without approval for their WSBC claim – rates are equivalent to our standard physiotherapy rates (see above).
Includes biomechanical assessment, orthotic and footwear recommendations, foot moulds, orthotic fitting and all subsequent consultations related to your orthotics.
