Erica has experience working with a wide range of clients, from athletes to individuals managing chronic musculoskeletal conditions. She began developing her active, patient-centered approach as an athletic therapist for the University of Lethbridge women’s hockey team, later completing her MSc in Physiotherapy at Brunel University London.
In London, she worked across both public and private sectors, treating diverse musculoskeletal conditions. Her practice focuses on building self-efficacy through individualized rehab programs, manual therapy, and patient education. Erica has a special interest in running and sports-related lower limb injuries, particularly tendon health. She has completed The Running Clinic’s Fundamentals of Running Injuries course and offers comprehensive Running Assessments, including treadmill gait analysis and running-specific movement screening. She is also pursuing further education in orthopaedic assessment and treatment.
A firm believer that movement is medicine, Erica continues to play competitive soccer in the Metro Women’s Soccer League, following her collegiate career at the University of Lethbridge. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys running, hiking, strength training, yoga—and is always on the hunt for a great cup of coffee or a Liverpool F.C. match.
