“On Monday, I played 18 holes of golf at the Vancouver Golf course on a beautiful spring day. I was able to keep pace with a retired Pro golfer (36), a current UBC Golf team member (23) and a big hitter about my age.
The shoulder performed perfectly and the exercises somehow improved my iron shots…
Of course we were playing best ball so there is only a team score (-14) for the round but thanks to all of you for keeping me in the game.
Hockey play offs are ongoing and so far so good.
On October 7 2017, after dislocating my shoulder, I had no idea of what I would be able to do going forward.
