Lilian Chung, MPT
Lilian Chung graduated with a Masters of Physical Therapy from the University of British Columbia after receiving a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (with Distinction) from Simon Fraser University.
She believes in approaching therapy from a compassionate lens by listening to and working collaboratively with her clients to achieve meaningful goals. Lilian is committed to improve your understanding of the human body and empower you to implement lifestyle modifications to
facilitate the healing process at work and at home. Lilian’s passion for physiotherapy is simply rooted in a desire to return people to the activities that give them value and happiness, whatever that may be!
With a strong clinical background in active rehabilitation and exercise prescription, Lilian believes in movement-based therapy along with education and manual therapy.
She has experience with diverse populations, including amateur and elite athletes, post-surgical clients, and those with motor vehicle or work-related injuries. As a dedicated life-long learner, Lilian has completed several post-graduate certifications in manual therapy and movement-based techniques. She has received multiple awards from the Masters of Physical Therapy program for both academic and clinical success, including the Rehabilitation Sciences Award and Evert Boxtart
Memorial Award in Physical Therapy.
Outside of the clinic, you can find Lilian playing ultimate frisbee,
making music, travelling, and seeking outdoor adventures!
