Sasha is a certified Pilates instructor through Pilates Process™. She grew up in Vancouver playing tennis, soccer and riding horses competitively. She is passionate about helping others maintain an active and healthy lifestyle.
In 2015, Sasha had a debilitating fall off of a horse leaving her with multiple injuries. As a result, she was restricted from participating in the activities she loved. To aid in her recovery, Sasha turned to Clinical Pilates and Physiotherapy. Years later, Sasha has been able to do all the things she loves again and attributes much of her successes to this multi-disciplinary support. After many years of her own Pilates practice, Sasha decided to complete her instructor training in hopes of helping others in their rehabilitation process. She connects with others through her own personal experiences recovering from injuries.
When she is not in the clinic teaching Sasha can often be found walking in Pacific Spirit Park with her dog Lenny. Sasha is, once again, an avid tennis player, hiker, cyclist, and snowboarder.
