Rebecca thrives on helping people realize their strengths and abilities as she works with them towards their health and wellness goals. In order to help her clients flourish, Rebecca starts with understanding their goals and is then able to help them incorporate health and fitness routines and strategies into their every day lives.
Rebecca graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Biology. She is currently a registered and practicing Kinesiologist with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiology (BCAK). She has built a knowledge base around strength and resistance training and is certified with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). While in school, she volunteered at the Murrayville Physiotherapy and Sports Clinic where she worked with clients on ICBC claims, as well as quadriplegics and people who had suffered strokes. Rebecca is planning on further studying and researching mental health and nutrition to aid in supporting her clients in all aspects of health!
In her free time, Rebecca loves to be creative and play with her kitty, Fats! She goes through creative cycles of crocheting, beading, coloring and more, but is always open to trying and learning new things and new skills.
