Meredith’s love of physiotherapy began at a young age after she sustained a rare leg fracture which exposed her to the world of physical rehabilitation. This and a childhood full of playing basketball and soccer led to other sport-related injuries – allowing Meredith to develop an understanding of what it is like to be on both sides of the rehab process.
Meredith moved to Vancouver from Ontario in 2009. Having always been drawn to the ocean, she fell in love with it here. She loves to walk the sea wall and enjoys trying to get out to golf on the courses all over the city as often as she can.
Meredith has a keen interest in sports injuries, including pre-and post-surgical rehab and has treated a full spectrum of orthopedic injuries including motor-vehicle and work-place related accidents through ICBC and WSBC. She incorporates all she has learned by treating the whole person. Using a combination of manual therapy, clinical Pilates, vestibular rehab, and corrective exercises she helps restore optimal movement patterns in order for her clients to achieve their goals.
