James trained as a Physiotherapist in the UK, graduating with First Class Honours from the University of London, St George’s. He developed his interest in health and the human body from a young age as a caregiver to his elder brother, playing Rugby, Basketball and Rowing and finally as a Personal Trainer and Ski Instructor.
Through his years as a Personal Trainer, James learned how exercise and movement retraining can improve people’s engagement in the activities they love, and as a result, their quality of life.
Now, James combines a thorough assessment, hands-on manual treatment, comforting modalities, and a robust approach to exercise therapy to get his clients back to their favourite past times. James most enjoys seeing his clients succeed in their rehabilitation, be pain free and become stronger, fitter, and faster than they were before the injury.
In his spare time, you’ll find James chasing perfect turns on the ski hill, lifting weights in the gym, or sipping coffee by the water.
