Adi loves working to help patients achieve their goals. He graduated as a physiotherapist in 2018 from Leeds Beckett University, England. Adi enjoys leading an active lifestyle through playing soccer, snowboarding in the winter and hiking in the gorgeous BC wilderness in the summer.
He graduated with a Bachelors’s degree in Human Kinetics from the University of British Columbia, Okanagan. During his studies be built a strong interest in the research of the role of nutrition for both athletic performances, exercise recovery and rehabilitation.
With years of experience working as a certified personal trainer with the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology (CSEP) provided with a wealth of knowledge in the strength and conditioning realm of rehab. His treatment approach focuses on your specific goals and tailors treatment, exercises, and education to best help you in your journey to recovery.
With several years’ experience working as a physiotherapist for Vancouver Coastal Health, in the acute trauma/rehabilitation and orthopedic outpatient wards, Adi is well versed in diverse populations and medical conditions. He treated and rehabilitated patients after total knee (TKA), total hip (THA), total shoulder (TSA), and reverse shoulder (RTSA) replacements, as well as of neuro- and general surgery procedures and post-operative care.
Adi has a strong interest in exercise physiology, nutrition and rehabilitation. He has completed a Master’s degree in Applied Sport and Exercise Nutrition at Oxford Brookes University. Here he learnt about optimizing exercise performance and recovery through nutrition for a wide range of population groups, including youth sports teams, professional athletes, the elderly or clients with underlying health conditions.
